The idea behind CHVENIA
I’m an immigrant living in the United States. For a long time, I dreamed of creating my own clothes: a way to express how I see Georgia, how I feel it, and what it means to me.
CHVENIA means “it’s ours.” It grew from that wish. It is my way of turning a personal connection into something you can wear and carry into your own everyday life.
Through Georgian lettering, familiar references and contemporary forms, I want to share a feeling of Georgia with the world. Each design is a small statement and an invitation to curiosity and conversation.
You do not need to be Georgian to connect with it. You might recognize a memory, discover a word, or simply find a piece that feels like you.
I hope you enjoy these clothes, wear them in your own way, and give them your own stories. And I hope you feel at home here.
